Is it cherry season yet?

Yesterday, the Osgood Hornbacher’s hosted the check presentation for Cherries for Charity 2012.  Thanks to Hornbacher’s and the Fargo-Moorhead Cosmopolitan Club, this year’s event raised over $19,000 for the YWCA Cass Clay and the Rape and Abuse Crisis Center of Fargo-Moorhead.

With snowflakes swirling outside yesterday, it seemed as though the event, which took place in July, was ages ago.  As Hornbacher’s, YWCA, and Rape and Abuse Crisis Center staff were chatting with F-M Cosmopolitan Club members after the presentation, everyone agreed they already couldn’t wait until cherry season rolls around again!

A big thank you goes out to the Fargo-Moorhead community for helping make Cherries for Charity a success once again.  We are grateful for your enthusiasm and your continued support of Cherries for Charity year after year. We’re already dreaming about fresh cherries again over at the YWCA, and we hope you are, too!

Representatives from YWCA, Hornbacher’s, Rape and Abuse Crisis Center, and Fargo-Moorhead Cosmopolitan Club smile for the camera at the check presentation.

  1. An impressive share! I have just forwarded this onto
a friend who had been doing a little research on this. And he in fact bought me
dinner due to the fact that I discovered it
for him… lol. So allow me to reword this….
Thanks for the meal!! But yeah, thanks for spending the time to talk about this topic here on your site.
