On October 26 and 27, Altrusa International of Fargo hosted a baby shower for the women and children at the YWCA Emergency Shelter. The 12th annual event took place at the Kmart in Fargo and collected donations of new and gently used items for babies, young children, and new moms.

A huge thank you goes out to Altrusa for once again hosting the event, to the volunteers who helped during the event, and to everyone who participated by giving a donation of any kind.  Overall, we received over $6,800 worth of donations, gift cards, and supplies for the new moms and children at the Emergency Shelter!  We are so grateful for your support and willingness to help.

A special thank you also goes out to Kmart in Fargo for hosting the Baby Shower in their store, and to Froggy 99.9 for featuring the Baby Shower during their Drive By Breakfast. Check out some photos of the event below!
